No había cafetera en la habitación. No hay servicio de valet parking. El personal del front desk les convendría un curso de atención cálida al cliente

Habitación agradable.

Dos cosas: la falta de cortesía de que el elevador baje hasta los estacionamientos y te hacen bajar por la rampa. Además de que te ponen una cara enorme si les dices que tú mismo quieres estacionar tu coche. Y dos, estando el hotel con muy baja ocupación, no me dieron mi habitación a las 9 am que llegué. Ya sé que la política es clara y el check-in es hasta las 3 PM, sin embargo en otras cadenas de hoteles que he estado me ha tocado que sí el hotel tiene baja ocupación, sin problema me han asignado habitación. Es un "plus" que yo valoro mucho como huésped y que me hace considerar a los hoteles para próximas estancias.
