As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. Know Before You Go • Pool access available from 6 AM to 9 PM. • Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. Fees The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out. • Early check-in fee: MXN 400 (subject to availability) • Housekeeping fee: MXN 400 per day The above list may not be comprehensive. Mandatory Fees and Taxes You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property: • Deposit: MXN 4000.00 per stay • Cleaning fee: MXN 800 per accommodation, per stay We have included all charges provided to us by the property.
