As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. Know Before You Go • Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the tree house prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. • Guests under 18 years old are not permitted at this adults-only property. • Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.
