As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. • Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes: • Deposit: MXN 2000 per accommodation, per stay We have included all charges provided to us by the property. • Housekeeping fee: MXN 1000 per day The above list may not be comprehensive.
