As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. • Children 1 year old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. • No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property. • Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions and guests can access their rooms with a mobile device. • Contactless check-in and contactless check-out are available. • At check-in, guests must provide a record of full COVID-19 vaccination. • The COVID-19 vaccination record requirement applies to all guests aged 14 and up; guests must have received complete COVID-19 vaccination at least 30 days prior to check-in. • Airport shuttle fee: USD 150 per vehicle (one-way, maximum occupancy 2) • Late check-out is available for a fee (subject to availability) The above list may not be comprehensive.
