As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. Know Before You Go • Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the aparthotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. • Construction is underway at a neighboring building and there may be noise disturbance from the construction work. Fees The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out. • Late check-in fee: USD 30 for check-in between 10 PM and 1:30 AM The above list may not be comprehensive.
