As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. • Pool access available from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. • One child 11 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. • This property advises that enhanced cleaning and guest safety measures are currently in place. • Disinfectant is used to clean the property; commonly-touched surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant between stays; bed sheets and towels are laundered at a temperature of at least 60°C/140°F. • Personal protective equipment, including masks, will be available to guests. • Social distancing measures are in place; staff at the property wear personal protective equipment; periodic temperature checks are conducted on staff; temperature checks are available to guests; guests are provided with hand sanitizer. • Each guestroom is kept vacant for a minimum of 48 hours between bookings. • Airport shuttle fee: MXN 3000 per vehicle (maximum occupancy 3) • Airport shuttle fee per child: MXN 0 (up to 11 years old) • Early check-in is available for a fee (subject to availability, amount varies) • Late check-out is available for a fee (subject to availability, amount varies) The above list may not be comprehensive.
