As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. Know Before You Go • Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the condo prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Fees The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out. • Airport shuttle fee: USD 300.00 per vehicle (roundtrip) • Cleaning/housekeeping/linens fee: USD 25 per day • Crib (infant bed) fee: USD 20 per night The above list may not be comprehensive.
