As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. • Children 18 years old and younger are not permitted at this adults-only property. • Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. • Free in-room WiFi has a 2-device limit.
