As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. Know Before You Go • Pool access available from 9 AM to 8 PM. • Reservations are required for golf tee times. Reservations can be made by contacting the apartment prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Fees The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out. • Pet deposit: USD 10.0 per night • Pet fee: USD 10 per pet, per night • Crib (infant bed) fee: USD 5.0 per day • Rollaway bed fee: USD 30 per night The above list may not be comprehensive.
