As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. Special check-in instructions The front desk is open daily from 9 AM - 6 PM There is no after-hours reception at this property. Guests arriving late won't be able to check in until the next morning.
