As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. Know Before You Go • This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply). Guests must contact the property with arrival details before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. • Pool access available from 8 AM to 10 PM. • Reservations are required for golf tee times. Reservations can be made by contacting the apartment prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. • Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. • Construction is underway at a neighboring building and there may be noise disturbance from the construction work. Fees The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out. • Airport shuttle fee: USD 80 per vehicle (one-way) • Housekeeping fee: USD 20 per day The above list may not be comprehensive.
