As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. • Pool access available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. • Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. • Children 18 years old and younger are not permitted at this property. • No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property. You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes: • Deposit: USD 500 per accommodation, per stay • A damage deposit of USD 500 will be collected before check-in.
