As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. • Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. • Children 18 years old and younger are not permitted at this property. • Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. • No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property. • Alcohol is not served at this property. • This property welcomes guests of all sexual orientations and gender identities (LGBTQ+ friendly). • Fee for local cuisine breakfast: approximately USD 15 per person The above list may not be comprehensive.
