The amount of taxes may be increased during popular local events such as the Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman and Oceanman Malaysia. A security deposit of 50 MYR is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure. The property does not accept credit cards. All miscellaneous charges must be settled by cash. The property is independently operated by an individual owner and does not have a proper reception area. Guests must attend an organized meet-and-greet session to receive keys and further contact details regarding the property.
