Двухместный номер Superior (2 отдельные кровати)

Просторный номер,Бассейн, кафе малайской кухни при выходе на террасе,где можно позавтракать и пообедать, внимательность персонала,хороший холодильник.

Интернет не работает в номере и изза китайцев бывает шум из коридора.

Двухместный номер Standard (двуспальная кровать)

Хорошее расположение в центре пляжной зоны острова. Рядом пантай ченанг, пантай тенга, кафе, магазины дьюти фри. Удобно заказывать такси, всегда есть машины рядом. В отеле было чисто, убрано, хороший запах, идеально чистое постельное белье и общее впечатление о чистоте очень хорошее.

Персонал очень специфический, вежливым назвать его сложно, работают девушки-мусульманки, которые весьма недружелюбны в любое время. Любая просьба игнорируется, если очень просить - они с суровым лицом, словно делают тебе одолжение, могут согласиться. Никаких улыбок, никакого добро пожаловать. Чек-ин в 3 дня и ни минутой раньше, чек-аут такой же. Нет адаптеров для местной сети электричества, на вежливый вопрос, можно ли что-то сделать, чтобы зарядить разрядившийся телефон, может быть на ресепшн с моего провода usb, практически посылают. Ощущение, что на ресепшн работают церберы, клиентоориентированность нулевая. Не понравилось.
