The self service apartment suites do not have a 24-hour reception. For this reason, guests should state their expected arrival time during their booking using the Guest comments box. The hotelier will contact the guests after booking with detailed check-in information and contact details. Guests need a valid credit card upon check-in for an authorization of 300 EUR as a security deposit to cover potential damage and disturbance. The deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days after departure on the condition that no damage and disturbance has occurred. This apartment is located in an authentic historical building with very steep and narrow stairs. Therefore it is less suitable for small children, elderly or handicapped people or large suitcases. Due to the location of the apartment and the nature of Amsterdam's vibrant nightlife there is an increased level of noise from the surrounding area during the weekends.
