You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of NZD 1000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 3.5% surcharge when you pay with a Visa or MasterCard credit card. Please note that there is a 5% surcharge when you pay with an American Express credit card. Payments made by international bank transfer will incur a NZD 25 bank fee per payment.
