Handy location and friendly staff

Not very quick at responding to communication - had to change date of booking due to cancelled ferry and no one got back to me. I had phoned the Hotel and was told any changes had to go through the booking agent which I did but the hotel did not respond to theirs or my communication until my parents turned up at the hotel and asked. They were told we didn’t show up for the booking so it had been cancelled. The staff member however was quick to find a solution. This experience makes me a little hesitant to book here again.

They left me to my own devices, which is what I liked. But overall the staff are great.

The cards were bad, like the access cards. They seen to go all faulty when you use them at first but go good like a few days later.

Room was nice and clean, however strong smoke smell which made me feel nauseous. Rooms are cold -old oil heater mounted to walls can't be adjusted. Broken window pane glued together. Loud banging sounds from other residents accessing back stairwell which I think they were smoking in. Reception staff pleasant. Friendly helpful reception staff. Did request for an extra blanket to be put in my room which didn't happen.

Everything about this hotel has been awesome and I will definitely return to stay again someday
