Near to the metro and lots of restaurants Reception staff were helpful and friendly

Bad not any choice. staff served the hot food which you had a choice of 2 items and it was normally cold and very small amount same with ham and cheese which the slices were cut in half if you asked for any extra they looked at you as though they were paying for it. Only 1 type of juice which was watered down. Cereals where cornflakes or cornflakes with sugar. The bread and fruit you also have to ask the server for not worth the money at all if I hadn't paid in advance I wouldn't have eaten there every day you can buy a full meal outside the hotel for less.

Location is close to the best places for food, tattoos, parks, metro train.

There were cockroaches in my room, i spotted 3 of them. The wall and paint is peeling off very badly.

Close to Andrés Bello park. Also a few minutes to the Metro station Via Argentina. The bed was extra comfy, this is my second time staying, everything was clean and tidy. All of my basic needs were satisfied. I loved the view to the main street. Hotel was clean and also my room was spotless.

No courtesy water bottle is available for guests at room.

The hotel location is close to Andres Bello park, where you can enjoy jogging, dog-walking or just lounge at sunset time. Surrounding RAMADA are many excellent options of restaurants or even tattoos parlors! The hotel was clean altogether, a bit dark at the entrance around the lounge area. My room was spotless. The bed was great.

The receptionist was very informal, was not wearing mask properly. I asked for an extra pillow (for a double king bed 2 pax reservation) and was told that room service clocked out for the day at 4:00 PM?.

Pobre desayuno

Albrook mall. El mall más grande de centroamérica con más de 700 comercios

Dizque era desayuno buffet y lo que había era: Pan, salchicha, cereal, café, te negro pero con chocolate y café, no era te negro solo. Queso amarillo y piña ultra madura o banano. No hay huevo ni es un desayuno rico o balanceado. Además de esto llegamos a las 9:50am a desayunar (el desayuno se servía hasta las 10am) y la señora que servía nos dijo que ellos ya iban a cerrar puertas porque eso estaba disponible hasta las 10 (teniendo aún 10min de gracia) un comentario bastante inapropiado ya que si me daba la gana podía entrar ahí a las 9:59am y debían atenderme El personal del hotel no es nada simpático, hablan lo necesario. La caminadora del gimnasio no servía. Habían cucarachas en el hotel. La habitación tenía bastantes desperfectos en el piso y la pared. Pocos canales en el TV sin opción de abrir Netflix ni ningún servicio de streaming

die Freundlichkeit und Beflissenheit des Personals war sehr gut und machte den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.

In einem Zimmer für 2 Personen sollten auch 2Stühle am Tisch stehen. da wir uns sehr wenig im Zimmer aufhielten, war es kein goßes Problem. soll hier nur al Hinweis dienen.
