Right oppossite the St. Mary's Basilica.

The front desk people hardly looked up from their screen when arriving. Must be the worlds easiest job... The elevator is pretty far from the reception, and with an injured knee, taking the stairs to 4th floor was'nt an option

No problem was to big all questions were answered and in a very pleasant way.

The shower dripped all the time had to be laid down in shower tray. Room untidy on arrival empty water bottle and snicker wrappers left. The sound of the church clock chiming all day, need double glazing.

На сайте есть русский язык. Приятная, мега-позитивная ресепшионистка. Просила номер повыше и с окнами во двор – дали на 4м этаже, но с окнами на улицу (о чём не пожалела ни разу, т.к. окна прямо на собор и на невероятно красивую улицу). Лифт есть, камера хранения есть, вай-фай шустрый. В одноместном номере чайник, чашка, стакан, чай-кофе. Когда-то под столом был мини-бар, но теперь вместо него пустота (и три розетки в стене…). Нормального размера и удобно расположенная чемоданница. Платяной шкаф с достаточным количеством плечиков. Сейф электронный, с кодовым замком, ноутбук помещается. Лампочка на прикроватной тумбочке есть, розетка для зарядки мобильника также есть. Шторы плотные, направляющие для штор «загибаются» по бокам = солнечный свет не проникает. ПЛЮСЫ: 1) Большая раковина и большая полочка под зеркалом = девочки смогут расставить всё своё мыло-рыльное; 2) дополнительная подсветка над зеркалом (актуально при нанесении макияжа); 3) хороший фен (не "Валера", воняющий горелой пылью и волосами); 4) есть пакетики для использованных средств личной гигиены; 5) есть полотенцесушитель, большой, реально горячий (за ночь постиранные вечером футболка и носки высохли полностью). Окна открываются. Вид из окна невероятный!!!

МИНУСЫ: 1) ковролин не супер-чистый, хотелось бы по нему ходить в тапочках, но их нет :( 2) в душевой кабине нет полочки для шампуней, скрабов и прочего девочкового (пришлось конструировать мини-полку при помощи двух резинок); 3) лейка душа в известковом налёте и в чёрной плесени... 4) при ширине кровати в одноместном номере 1.20 или 1.30 простынь рассчитана на ширину матраса 90 см. Пришлось её… слегка пришить по бокам, чтобы не уползала.

Классное место, самый центр, но тихо, будит лишь бой часов. Рядом Двор Артуса, костёл, ратуша. Внизу кафе с небольшим выбором блюд, но все вкусно, есть живая музыка. Кровати в номерах удобные, сами номера теплые. Все отлично. Не хватало только шампуня. Было чисто, каждое утро приходила девушка, чтобы убрать номер. Все четко
