Не то, чтобы понравилось, но хочется отметить следующее. Так получилось, что все возникающие у меня проблемы мне пришлось решать при помощи специалистов службы поддержки приложения Островок. С их помощью я смогла заселиться в отель, хотя к тому моменту, когда я обратилась к ним, мне мало в это верилось. Также с их помощью мне удалось решить проблему с багажом в день выселения из отеля. Ответы были оперативными и по существу. Спасибо

Но этих проблем не возникло бы, если бы в приложении было реальное описание объекта, так как никакой стойки регистратора в отеле нет, отельер- администратор работает "удалённо" и все вопросы он решает по телефону, заселение происходит по предварительно полученным от него кодам (которых я не получила, как оказалось).
