Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Warsaw City Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of PLN 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of 20 PLN applies for arrivals from 20:00 until 23:00. Key collection after 23:00 carries a PLN 50 surcharge and takes place via a mailbox. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property. The office is open from 9:00 till 17:00. Please note that the apartments in Hoża and in Polna Street offer underground parking spaces. Please note that the apartments are located in residential buildings and are no suitable for late night parties. Due to the change in tax regulations, the tax number should be provided before paying the fee. After printing the fiscal receipt without a tax identification number, it will not be possible to issue an invoice. If you need an invoice, please provide your details when making your reservation.
