The front desk is open until 19:00. Exterior painting is in progress, affecting the pool area, which is why the pool is closed. Only registered guests are allowed in guest rooms. This property will be closed during January, February, March, November, and December. For arrivals after 07:00 PM, guests must inform the property of their estimated arrival time in advance. If an arrival time is not communicated in advance, guests may have to wait up to an hour to be assigned to a designated person. To avoid delays, please contact the property by phone at least 30 minutes prior to arrival. Contact information is provided on the booking confirmation. Check-in after 11:30 PM is subject to an additional fee, payable in cash upon arrival. Amenities and toilet paper will be provided on the day of arrival. Apartments are not cleaned daily; towels are changed every 4 days, and bed linen is changed weekly. The minimum age for check-in is 18 years. Guests aged 13 and over are charged the following tax: free from November to March; from April to October, EUR 2.00 per person per night, up to a maximum of EUR 14.00 per person per stay. The pool is open seasonally from May 1 to October 31.
