A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that at check-in guests are required to complete and sign a registration form that includes the dates of birth and passport numbers of all persons that will be staying at the accommodation. This is a requirement of the Portuguese Immigration and Borders Service (SEF). Please note that late check-in has the following surcharges, paid in cash upon arrival: - EUR 25 after 20:00; - EUR 70 after 23:00; - after 1:00 is not possible.
