The front desk is open until 22:00. According with the law, the registration of all guests in SEF (Foreigners and Borders Service) is mandatory. Please note that according to the National Health Service directives Ambiente Hostel is temporary not allowed to serve breakfast for guests. Check-in time from 3:00 АМ to 10:00 РМ. Guests can leave their luggage at the hostel before check-in time (after 10:00 АМ). Guests must communicate their arrival time in advance. For late arrivals (after 10:00 АМ), instructions for self-check-in will be provided. Late check-in is possible upon prior request. Check-in after 00:00 in hostels is not allowed for the convenience of all residents. Pets are only allowed upon request and prior permission. Pets are not allowed in shared rooms under any circumstances. Minors under the age of 18 are not admitted unless accompanied by an adult. Parties and events are prohibited. It is necessary to observe silence from 10:00 РМ to 07:00 АМ. The property is non-smoking. The hostel rooms do not have bathrooms. All bathrooms are shared with other guests. If a guest made a booking in error, there is a 1-hour free cancellation, even for non-refundable bookings. The property cannot guarantee a lower bunk. Lower berth reservations are not possible and are always subject to availability.
