Please note that the 30% deposit will be charged on the day of booking. The remaining amount will be charged 10 days before check-in. Please note that cleaning after departure is included in the rate. Please note that a security deposit of EUR 100 will be charged at check-in. This amount will be refunded 48 hours after check-out if no damages are made to the apartment. Please note that our apartment has no reception. Guests are kindly asked to inform in advance of their expected arrival time via email. Please note that arrivals after 23:00 are subject to an additional fee of EUR 25 and check ins after 00:00 are subject to confirmation. Please note that check-in on the 24th of December and 31st of December, after 18:00 are subject to confirmation.
