The hotel is located in the very centre of Belgrad - short walk to any of the major city beauties. It is placed apposite the House of Parliament and a cozy park which provides very picturesque and nice view. Convenient and short drive from airport too. Breakfast is really nice and rich - served till 10 a.m. and till 11 a.m. during the weekends. The room though not big is clean and provides all you need - in addition to large bed - armchair, table , wardrobe. Bed is spacy and have clean new linen. So, cozy, quiet and great room. For the smokers it is a nice terrace on the second floor. All is clean: bathroom and shower rooms are properly cleaned daily. All the staff is friendly and helpful, ready to answer questions, direct you around the city and and the hotel

Номера "уставшие" требуют косметического ремонта. Но для переночевать норм, когда весь день на экскурсиях

Практически все достопримечательности и необходимые в путешествии вещи (обменник, супермаркеты) в пешей доступности. Завтрак хороший, яичница, бекон, хлопья с молоком все есть. Есть местный сербский соус (или сыр), он вкусный, но не к завтраку. А кофемашина сломалась один раз. Персонал очень вежливый, абсолютно все вопросы решали быстро.

Планировка номера, унитаз и душ отделены друг от друга. Отель постройки 1923, комната с унитазом очень маленькая, упираешься ногами в стену или дверь. Матрас кровати был очень странный, кондиционер ниже 21 не охлажает.

Улучшенные номера отличаются между собой.101 и 103(ну и так далее по этажам) один улучшеный номер,второй маленький как обычный. В душе грязно,дешевая кабинка как в 2 звезды,а еще будте аккуратны,поскользнуться вообще без проблем. Понравилось только расположение и терраса на 2 этаже

В номерах за 5 дней вообще не убирались.Уборщица заходила,застилала кровать,полотенце с Пола вешала и даже не выносила мусор.Максимально отвратительное обслуживание всего персонала,начиная от хочтес,заканчивая вечерним барменом.Дал бы не больше 3-х звезд
