A very nice place to stay for a reasonable price - hotel Optimist is located in Aksay. This hotel is located 1 km from the city center. You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the hotel — Nikolai Ostrovsky Recreation Park, October Revolution Park and H2O Aquapark.

Есть парковка на территории.

Грязь, убитый матрас( все пружины чувствуются). Дыры в постельном белье. Застиранные полотенца. Душевая кабина качалась. Утром не было воды, от слова совсем 🤷‍♀️

Администратор очень приятная женщина. Всё рассказала, порекомендовала. Очень вежливая. Спасибо Любовь.

Совершенно не соответствует фото и заявленным услугам. Бассейн не работал, баня не работала. Всё старое, не приятное. В номере нет ничего кроме стаканов. Дали чайник, с дороги чаю хотели горячего, он течёт, так не смогли воспользоваться. Кулер этажом ниже, но горячей воды тоже не было. В номере всё старое. Старые жесткие матрасы, подушки просто каменные, бельё чистое. С кровати смахивала мокриц. Грязный пол, прикроватные половики. В самой ванной без тапок нельзя находиться, слив забит. Вообщем мы были очень расстроены , цена совершенно не соответствует предлагаемым услугам.
