Location

Laskovy bereg Hotel is located in the Professor’s Corner area of Alushta, 150 meters from the sea. Within walking distance are a well-equipped promenade, shops, cafés, bars, a market, cinema, water park, and public transport stops.

At the hotel

The hotel consists of four buildings with a terraced descent to the sea. On the territory of the main building, Aurora, a four-story building without an elevator, located closest to the sea, guests will find a swimming pool, café, secure paid parking, and the reception desk. In the park zone, 50 meters away, is the Diana building — a three-story building with balconies and rooms of various categories.

The Energo building offers rooms only on the ground floor and without balconies, set just steps from the main building. The rooms have new furniture and modern renovation.

The Vesta building is located on an elevation, accessible by 77 outdoor steps, with rooms on the second and third floors.

Facilities for guests include a seasonal freshwater swimming pool, summer café, bicycle and electric scooter rental, and the organization of excursions to historical monuments and sights of Crimea.

Rooms in Aurora offer one- and two-room layouts with balconies, bathrooms with a shower and boiler, kettle, and fridge.

The three-story Energo building features ground-floor rooms only: four four-bed studio rooms and one double room, with panoramic windows and heated floors.

In Diana, rooms with balconies are divided into one- and two-room types; all have air conditioning, refrigerators, and TVs, and the bathrooms are equipped with showers and boilers.

The Vesta building is not suitable for guests with young children or those afraid of heights; all rooms are on the second and third floors, there are no balconies, two-room accommodations have sea views, and the building has no dedicated grounds.
