The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. The administration will contact guests directly to arrange a prepayment for the reservation. The prepayment must be made within 5 days of booking. The administration reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the deposit is not paid. Accommodation with pets is paid separately on site, the cost is RUB 500.00 per night for 1 pet. When checking in with pets, guests must notify the hotel administration in advance using the contacts specified in the booking voucher.
