For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. A prepayment is charged in the amount of the first night's accommodation, if the cancellation is made later than 30 days before arrival, the prepayment is not refundable.
