The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Upon arrival at the hotel, guests must have the following mandatory documents: - information about the epidermis - conclusion of the epidemiologist about the absence of contact with patients with infectious diseases - results of 2 negative tests for the presence of SARS-CoV-2 in respiratory smears, performed with a difference of at least 1 day and no later than 5 days at the time of admission to the hotel. Guests who have had COVID-19 infection can only be allowed to check-in 14 days after a final, twice-laboratory-confirmed recovery, determined by the absence of symptoms and signs of infection and the elimination of SARS-CoV-2 from respiratory smears. The hotel operates in the following mode: - arrivals of guests with the duration of stay in the hotel for at least 14 days - maintaining social distance - compliance with preventive measures (wearing masks and gloves) - meals will be provided by schedule - mass cultural, entertainment and sports events (animation, children's room, gym, swimming pool) are canceled - guests should not leave the territory of the hotel - the transfer is carried out at the expense of tourists
