Na Khutore Betta, Ul Mira 8a Apartments is located in Betta. A wooden church is situated nearby. A secluded wild pebble beach with a rocky entrance to the water is just 300 meters away along a forest path. The main Betta beach, with a convenient entrance to the sea, water activities, cafés, restaurants, shops, and attractions, is also within walking distance. During the summer season, open-air nightclubs operate on the beach. In the vicinity, there are children’s and sports playgrounds, a stadium, a spa center, a shop, and hiking trails. Wineries with restaurants, guided tours, tastings, a golf club, observation decks, parks, embankments, and Gelendzhik with its waterfalls, dolmens, vineyards, apricot and peach orchards, zoos, and dolphinarium are all within easy reach by transport.

At the Apartment

Guests have 145 sq. m of space on the attic floor at their disposal, suitable for accommodating up to 10 people. There are two separate rooms, each with a double bed, a sofa bed, and a wardrobe.

A baby crib or an extra bed can be arranged upon request. For guests with children, three types of carriers for hiking with kids aged 0–4 years are available upon request.

The apartment features dedicated spaces for play, work, and relaxation—a hall that smoothly transitions into a lounge area.

The lounge is furnished with a sofa bed and a Smart TV with Alice voice assistant.

There is also a bookshelf with board games and coloring books for children and adults, a bar counter with a bottle rack and elegant glasses, as well as a kitchen-dining room equipped with a table covered with a tablecloth, a buffet with wine glasses, shot glasses, bowls, beer mugs, and fruit vases.

The kitchen provides pots and pans, a full set of dishes for up to 10 guests, a sink with a flexible hose, dishwasher, four-burner electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, air grill, multicooker, espresso coffee machine, and a coffee grinder. Ground coffee, capsules, a selection of spices, and tea are available.

The balcony faces the sunny side and is furnished with lounge chairs, a table with a tray, and a retractable sun and rain awning. The balcony offers sea views.

Each room is equipped with an air conditioner, heater, and fan.

For active leisure, there are badminton, balls, a yoga mat, dumbbells, and Nordic walking poles. Paddleboards and fishing rods can be provided upon prior request.
