The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Accommodation in the house is possible subject to 100% prepayment of the stay and signing an agreement. A security deposit for property safety is charged upon check-in and is refunded within the day after cleaning and inspection of the house. Early check-in is RUB 1000.00 per hour, late check-in from 21:00 to 23:00 is RUB 1000.00, and after 23:00 is RUB 3000.00. Use of the wood-burning sauna is RUB 5000.00 for 4 hours, and the hot tub with a jacuzzi function is RUB 4500.00 for 4 hours. Holding noisy events is prohibited; a quiet hours policy is in effect from 22:00 to 08:00. The presence of unauthorized persons exceeding the number of guests in the booking is not allowed. Video surveillance is conducted over the parking area. Smoking cigarettes, hookahs, and electronic devices is strictly prohibited in the house. The use of pyrotechnics, including sparklers and firecrackers, is not permitted indoors or outdoors. Accommodation with dogs weighing up to 10 kg is allowed by prior agreement.
