Standard Sweden Double room (full double bed)

Nice location. Quite. And staff seem friendly. Planty of things to do in terms of relaxing and walking. Also close to little corner shop to buy snacks or drinks.

The lake side Cafe is only open on weekend and restaurant little $$$ for our budget. I found the bed little uncomfortable.

Понравилась территория, хорошее спа

Не понравилось, то что пол дня не было света, не было горячей воды, после просьбы включить нагревательный бак, сказали ничего сами не включайте ждите проблему решаем , ее решили когда обратились на ресепшен раза 4! Попросили решить проблему с переселением так как не работал лифт , тоже никакой реакции

Территория большая,ухоженная, номера чистые, комфортные.

В этот раз нас разочаровали завтраки. Они проходят с 9-11:00. Мы пришли на завтрак в первый день к 09:30, во второй день к 10:00. Еды почти не было. Так же не было стаканов,ложек,сока, хлеба, фирменных сырников, больше половины лотков были пустые. Прождали 40 минут,думали,может что то принесут,обновят. Спрашивали у официантов,сказали ,что скоро все будет. В итоге смогли поесть только омлет и сосиску. А завтрак на двоих стоит 3.000 рублей. За 6 лет нашего регулярного отдыха такое впервые. Я очень разочарована,если вы не исправите ситуацию,то потеряете своих постоянных клиентов.

Красиво, тепло, чисто.

Корпус Швеция, все стены гипсокартон, сэкономили(( Все слышно, и в коридоре и соседние номера, ну такое себе. В детской комнате сидит женщина,как будто ты приехал не в современный отель, а в деревенский санаторий. Не успели зайти в комнату(ребенку 3 года), это нельзя,то нельзя, туда не заходите,это не трогайте.У ребенка желание играть сразу отпало( Вечером эта же женщина сидит с администратором на ресепшене.

Очень понравился отель, вкусная еда в ресторане «A’tlas» и обслуживание. Обязательно приеду ещё раз! Озеро, природа, чистый воздух незабываемые 🙂

Для меня одним небольшим минусом оказался матрас - он оказался жёстким.
