The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Check-in period, including early and late check-in and check-out - from 09:00 AM to 08:00 PM. Arrival outside this time is charged additionally. Check-in is at 02:00 PM. Early check-in or check-out is possible from 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM. Late check-in or check-out is possible from 03:00 PM to 08:00 PM. In case of arrival before or after 02:00 PM, the hotel must be notified at least 2 hours before arrival and instructions for check-in must be given.
