The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. Prepayment will be charged upon arrival after 04:00 PM. A prepayment of 100% is required. The prepayment is non-refundable in case when guest cancels the reservation less than 5 days before arrival date. In case of check-in after 05:00 PM, guests are required to inform the hotel by calling the number from the booking confirmation.
