Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Contactless check-in is available 24/7, with key collection via a safe deposit box. Free cancellation is possible up to 5 days before arrival; no refunds are provided after this period. Bed linens: One set per bed is included. An additional set for the sofa is available for an additional fee of RUB 500.00 per set. Guests can bring their own bed linen (pillows and blankets are provided free of charge). Photos of pages 2 and 3 of your passport are required for check-in. For security reasons, the following must be written on the photo: 'Only for POSUTOCHNO50'. After verification, guests will receive instructions with apartment access codes. Early check-in and late check-out are possible by prior arrangement. For business travelers, official documents are provided for reporting purposes, and payment is per invoice. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of RUB 500.00 per night. Guests must notify the flat in advance if they plan to bring a pet. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. The security deposit is refundable on the day of departure after the apartment has been cleaned, subject to no violations. Prohibited: - Smoking in the flat and on the balcony. - Noisy events. The flat is not suitable for parties, loud music, or other noise, especially after 9:00 PM. If this rule is violated, the apartment reserves the right to evict the guest without a refund. In the event of extensive soiling (such as walking around the flat in shoes, leaving behind a large amount of trash and dirty dishes, or the smell of cigarettes in the flat), the deposit will also not be refunded.
