Чистота.

Отсутствовал WiFi совсем! Горячей воды периодически не было, если в соседнем номере пользовались душем. При заселении на 4 -х человек было только 3 подушки и 3 комплекта белья. Пришлось идти к администратору просить для четвертого человека постельное белье и подушку. Входящие в стоимость завтраки - это одно блюдо на выбор (сырники или блины) и чай. Спасибо, что дали хлеб.

Добрый день! Отдыхали в отеле с 13.03.2023-17.03.2023. В номере чисто, тепло, вид из окна очень красивый! Сотрудники отеля отзывчивые. Мы приехали утром, разрешили заселится раньше установленного времени. Выехать из номера разрешили позже, так как автобус у нас был вечером. Рекомендую Шале Форельное, отличный отель, баня на дровах хороша!!!!
