For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. Accommodation with pets, dogs or cats is possible for an additional fee when booking a chalet — Chalet №8 and Chalet №10. Pets are not allowed in standard rooms. The cost of an additional sleeping arrangement must be specified on the spot. Chalet №8 can accommodate up to 12 people. Chalet №10 can accommodate up to 9 people. A ticket for the Olympia cable comes at a fee of RUB 50.00 per day for guests over 15 years old and RUB 30.00 per day for guests aged 7 to 14. Children aged 6 and under can use the cable car free of charge. Tickets can be purchased at the reception upon check-in. The first trip to the hotel remains free upon confirmation of the booking.
