Номер очень грязный. кто путешествует с детьми вообще не советую, страшно было без тапочек в ванную комнату заходить.

Удобное расположение, можно быстро дойти пешком с жд вокзала, дойти до старого города требует немного больше времени. Из плюсов - наличие стиральной машинки прямо в самом номере, там же есть порошок, можно всё перестирать и посушить на улице. Горячая вода, микроволновка, посуда, чайник, плита тоже в самом номере. Интернет работал нормально. Неплохая уличная территория, можно посидеть на общем балконе или на улице на качели.

Все. Ужасно грязно, номер очень маленький, хоть и заявлена другая квадратура. Противно было в номере находится. Соседи ночью во дворе громко отдыхали, но хозяин никак не реагировал. Мы не требовательные, но такой номер вызвал шок. Не советую

Очень удачное расположение. В ближайшем доступе, магазины, кафе, аптека, трамвайная остановка, основная прогулочная зона. Нет проблем с парковкой. В основном все, что нужно есть. Хозяин приветливый, показал номер. На все вопросы отвечает.. С учетом цены и расположения отлиняй вариант. Если еще будем планировать поездку, думаю, особо нет смысла что-то другое искать.

Наматрасник нет возможности закрепить на кровати, в некоторых местах прорван, видно поролон и много пятен. Подушки очень старые, некоторые еще перьевые. Не так дорого они стоят, чтобы не было возможности их заменить. Белье и полотенца тоже требуют обновления. Хорошо бы это учесть.

Замечательный гостевой дом. У нас был ранний заезд, встретили без проблем. Пока ждали своего номера, была возможность отдохнуть и оставить вещи в другом свободном номере. Наш номер был на втором этаже, очень уютный с видом на зеленый дворик. Птички поют, всё цветет, красота! В номере есть всё необходимое, посуда, утюг, фен, постельные принадлежности, стиральная машина, это тоже очень важно, потому что,бывает, что одна стиральная машина на все номера и приходится занимать очередь на стирку, а тут ты сам себе хозяин.Михаил, владелец гостевого дома, очень доброжелательный и вежливый,поэтому создается атмосфера хорошего отдыха и отличного настроения!
