The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. The deposit is refundable within four hours of guest departure and the completion of cleaning and inspection. Minors are not allowed to stay without their parents. Additional services are charged separately: Tub bath — RUB 5000.00 RUB. Grocery shopping and delivery from supermarkets (check charged separately) — RUB 1500.00. Chalet decoration for a significant event: birthday, romantic getaway, 'wedding weekend' or bachelorette party. The design and price are negotiated individually. Smoking cigarettes, vapes, IQOS devices, hookahs, and other devices is prohibited in the house, including through the window. The following are prohibited in the chalet and on the grounds: setting off firecrackers, lighting sparklers, and lighting fires outside the barbecue area. Pets are prohibited; the fine is RUB 5000.00. Guests are not allowed to stay in the chalet beyond the time stated in their reservation: a camera is installed overlooking the arrivals area.
