Booked this hostel because I saw in the comments that it's under new management. But I wish I hadn't. This hostel's staff had the WORST attitude that I have ever encountered during my past 20 years of traveling in several continents. I originally booked for 2 days, but then I realized I needed another day, so I made another reservation for a third day. All these were done several days before I checked in. On the third day, the front-desk lady shouted at us, saying that we have to get out. I showed her the reservation confirmation on my booking app; she said no, that she did not receive any payment. I showed her the confirmation email I got; she said no. I showed her the debit transaction on my bank card; she still said no. She talked in that rude and loud voice throughout, repeating that we need to get out. If that booking could be cancelled, I would have cancelled it right there. Then she said she found my reservation, without even a hint of apology. At that moment I raised my voice, asking her is she going to apologize, and then, she accused me of yelling at her...

I liked this hostel very much. The staff are very kind and helpful. When I arrived, they explained everything clearly and with smile. Hostel is very clean and has nice atmosphere. They said there was renovation recently, and yes — everything looks fresh. I sleep very good because mattress and bedding are new. It feels clean and soft. Also, air conditioner working good in my room, so it was cool and comfortable. This hostel has warm feeling. Not just a place to sleep. I recommend this hostel to other travelers. You will like it too, I think! 😊
