The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. Rules for living with animals: 1. Only small dogs of non-fighting breeds are allowed to live with animals. The hotel reserves the right to refuse to accommodate a guest with an animal. 2. Pets are allowed when the guest buys the whole room. 3. The guest must have a special carrier (cage) for the animal and a special mat for his sleep. It is forbidden to leave the animal unattended and outside a special carrier (cage). 4. To feed the animal, the guest must bring special dishes with him. 5. In order to meet the natural needs of the animal, which do not require its walking, the guest is obliged to bring a special tray or other special bedding. 6. Throughout the hotel (corridors, halls, elevators, etc.) and during walking, dogs must be muzzled, collared and on a leash accompanied by a guest. 7. It is forbidden for dogs to be in the catering area (restaurant, buffet, etc.). 8. Guests arriving at the hotel with an animal on vacation must have an animal passport and a certificate from a veterinarian with a note about all vaccinations that were given to the pet. 9. The hotel does not allow accommodation with wild animals or animals that pose a potential danger to human life and health. 10. Guide dogs serving the needs of people with disabilities are allowed to stay at no extra charge. Starting from January 1, 2025, a requirement for mandatory consent for the processing of personal data as a separate document comes into effect. The previous practice of including this consent within other agreements is no longer acceptable. Therefore, the following procedure is established: upon check-in, each guest must complete a registration card and provide a separate document granting consent for the processing of personal data. Special conditions apply for minors and individuals deemed incapacitated.
