The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Upon arrival: – a passport is required; – the guest pays a deposit, which is returned after check-out in the absence of damage and compliance with the rules of accommodation. The amount of the deposit may be increased for the New Year holidays. If guests need accounting documents, then should inform them at the time of booking. Check-in after 22:00 is possible only by prior arrangement. Accommodation with pets is negotiated individually and is paid additionally. Prohibited: – smoking (allowed only on the loggia with the windows closed). If there is a smell of tobacco, the deposit is not refunded; – holding celebrations, parties and noisy events.
