Dacha Hotel is located on the 1st coastline of the resort village of Kabardinka. This hotel is located near the city center. In close proximity to the hotel are the key objects of the village: water park, oceanarium, glass workshop, the Stary Park cultural center, a suburban bus station and a central square. Within walking distance there is a modern playground, as well as a natural pebble beach of the Tsemes Bay.

On the ground floor of the hotel there is the Dacha restaurant with a terrace offering Russian and European cuisine. The second and third floors of the building are occupied by 18 standard rooms with individual balconies overlooking the sea and mountains.
