For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. The apartment does not have a bathroom at all, even a shared one. The bathroom has only a toilet and a sink. Showers are provided in a separate adjacent fitness club, accessible from the street.
