For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. For extra beds, breakfast is not included in the price. An extra bed can only be placed in the Studio room. In double rooms, children under 7 years old are accommodated free of charge without a bed and without meals. In single rooms of the Standard and Comfort categories, beds are 1.40 m wide.
