great location and clean and new hostel.

the receptionist was the rudest female Ive ever encountered. bossing around, speaks like a rotten onion, bad manners, bed was undone and asked me to replace my own bed linen, what a joke !

Благодарю Островок за гостеприимство! Прекрасное расположение, в пешей доступности все знаковые объекты Казани, ресторанчики, торговые центры, магазинчики. Жд вокзал в 15 минутах пешего пути. Автобусы во все направления города рядом, метро в 3 минутах, экскурсии. Номер очень чистый без посторонних запахов, персонал заботится об уюте не привлекая внимания, на кухне чай, кофе, сушки, все нужные приборы. В номере есть жидкое мыло, гель для душа, туал. Бумага, комплект полотенец на каждого гостя. Впечатление очень позитивное.

Это не существенно, но подпортила впечатление от отеля лестница на 3й этаж и вход собственно в отель. Не продумана входная часть. В остальном все хорошо.

Хостел замечательный, чистый, уютный, очень приветливый персонал, есть всё для комфортного проживания и даже на кухне на раковине краник с фильтрованной питьевой водой(!!!). Расположение удобное-центр. В шаговой доступности и магазины, и кафе, и досуг.

На ресепшене всегда есть администратор, почти все (всё же есть девушка)) приветливые. Часто наводится чистота. Чёткий порядок. Кровати с отличными матрасами, не шатаются, не скрипят. Уютно

Нужны крючки/ полочки на койко-местах, у одного душа шторку нужно доработать (она не закрывает ничего)

хостел не плохой,у нас был 6 местный,семейный,номер соответствует фото.2 туалета,2 душа общих,зона отдыха,кухня,есть стиралка платно,советую.кровати мягкие,спать комфортно.

как то освежить Холл,душно,от обуви оставленной в коридоре идёт запах,но даже это ни критично.

Хорошие кровати, удобная лестница на второй ярус. В комнате есть кондиционеры. Удобные общие места — кухня и небольшая комната отдыха. Получилось нормально поработать неделю, без нужды искать коворкинг. Есть локеры индивидуальные.

Очень душно в туалете/душе. Вентиляция плохая и если не открыты все двери или если есть в помещении больше одного человека, то моментально будет душно и жарко. Пока выходишь из душа и одеваешься уже становишься опять потным 👺.

Расположение просто находка, в самом центре. Хостел очень чистый и уютный, на кухне есть все, всегда чисто, туалеты и душевые тоже чистые очереди особо не было когда мы проживали хотя заселение было полное. Хороший уютный хостел в центре города для погулять и переночевать
